You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it.*   When you have received your goods please check that the wrapping is not damaged. If you see any damage on the packaging please note this on your delivery note or refuse delivery.  It is very important that you do check this thoroughly as we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged goods once they have been signed for.  You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

*Unfortunately this excludes carpet orders due to these being cut to a bespoke size requested by you. You will therefore be liable for any costs incurred including restocking charges and collection costs.

Images on the website are for guide only and may differ from the product. Please request a sample prior to ordering, to make sure you get the flooring you desire.

If we try to deliver your carpet and you are not at the premises your goods will be returned to us and therefore you will be liable for re-delivery costs.  In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver on the arranged delivery date you will be refunded your delivery charge and your goods will be delivered the next morning.

We cannot unfortunately offer a collection service for delivered goods.  This is in case there is a dispute in damage to the goods on their return.  Goods must reach our store at 47 Station Road, Chingford, London E4 7BJ in a resaleable condition.

We cannot be held responsible for any problems which may occur as a result of using your own fitter so please make sure you are 100% confident in your fitter before using them to fit your new flooring. Please make sure you or your fitter inspects your carpet / flooring prior to fitting.

We highly recommend not arranging any fitting prior to you recieving your goods as we cannot except any fitting related charges due to errors on the couriers behalf. For this reason we feel it to be strongly advised to only book your fitter when you have recieved your flooring.
